Our mission is simple. To provide the female athletes of the 518 with the training, skills, and environment they deserve in order to learn the game properly, without compromise. The Foothills Flash program was created for you!

BASKETBALL IS OUR PASSION!
We are a collection of high school and AAU coaches from the Saratoga region in upstate New York who are committed to growing the game of GIRLS BASKETBALL.
We strive to build confidence and a love for the game in each one of our female athletes by offering a fun, competitive environment built around our player development platform.
Our Home Facility
Our training facility is conveniently located at Gavin Park in Wilton, NY. The two indoor basketball courts at Gavin Park offer the perfect setting for any type of training, from private lessons to large groups. Gavin Park is located only 3 miles from Exit 15 off I-87 and 3.5 miles from downtown Saratoga.
SUMMERTIME IS WHEN WE SHINE!
We offer year round individual and group training, but things really ramp up in the summer months with our Foothills Flash AAU program, clinics and summer camps!
